The Trolex TX9042 Controller is a programmable, intrinsically safe sensor controller designed for centralised monitoring and control in harsh and hazardous environments. It accepts a wide range of analogue, digital, and frequency inputs, providing seamless integration with gas, flow, pressure, vibration, temperature, and speed sensors.
Offering up to eight configurable input channels, the TX9042 features direct keypad programming, RS-485 Modbus communication, and built-in data logging for predictive maintenance and system diagnostics. With SIL 1 and SIL 2 compliance and full compatibility with the entire Trolex sensor range, it delivers reliable, flexible, and cost-effective sensor management for mining, tunnelling, and industrial monitoring systems.
